This policy explains what Darkverse Gaming Lounge, run by Yash Achievers Academy, collects when you use darkversegaming.com or play at the lounge, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your name and mobile number, when you sign in or when staff add you at the counter.
  • Your bookings and visits: times, stations, games and what you bought.
  • Payments: the amount, the UPI reference number, the payer name the bank or UPI app shows us, and PayU's transaction number when you pay online. We never see your UPI PIN, card or bank details.
  • WhatsApp messages you send us, such as a login code, and the messages we send you about logins, bookings, reminders and bills.
  • Your sign-in, saved in your browser so you stay logged in.
  • A notification token, only if you turn on notifications, so we can alert your device.

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking scripts on the website.

How we use it

  • To sign you in, take and confirm bookings, match your payment and send receipts.
  • To message you about your bookings, and to answer you when you contact us.
  • To understand which hours and games are popular, so we can run the lounge better.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the website and messages for us:

  • Supabase, which stores our database.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
  • Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, through Fast2SMS, which delivers WhatsApp messages.
  • PayU, our payment gateway, which processes online payments and refunds.
  • Your UPI app and bank, which handle the payment itself.

We may also share it when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you use Darkverse. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires, even after you ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

You can change your name in your account. To see what we hold about you, correct it or delete your account, message us on WhatsApp or email darkverselounge@gmail.com from the number or address you use with us.
