Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book or play at Darkverse Gaming Lounge, Plot No 20, Sai Complex, Second Floor, Z Bungalow, Ward 2/A, Adipur, Kachchh, Gujarat 370205. The lounge is run by Yash Achievers Academy, a sole proprietorship (“we”). By booking or playing, you agree to them.

What we offer

Darkverse is a video game lounge. You pay for time on our PS5 and Xbox consoles at the lounge, at the rates on our rates page. Snacks and drinks are sold at the counter, and the food on our menu is prepared by Chirag Cafe.

No betting or real-money games. We don't run betting, gambling or games played for money, and we don't allow them at the lounge.

Booking online

• You book with your name and mobile number, and sign in first when the booking page asks you to. Bookings made with your number are yours.
• You can book up to 14 days ahead, for up to 4 hours at a time, and hold up to 2 upcoming bookings.
• Depending on how booking is set up at the time, you pay at the lounge, or online when you book on the secure page of our payment gateway, PayU. When you pay online, your seat is held while you pay; if the payment doesn't reach us in time, the seat is released.
• A booking you pay for at the lounge is confirmed as soon as you make it; one you pay for online, once we receive the payment. You get a booking code to show at the counter.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees. An online booking costs the amount shown when you book. Time you play beyond your booking, walk-in sessions, snacks and food are paid at the counter at our current rates.

Cancellations and refunds

See our cancellation and refund policy. In short: cancel 1 hour or more before the start for a full refund to your UPI account within 3 working days.

At the lounge

• Please look after the consoles, controllers and seats, and follow staff instructions.
• Staff may end a session if equipment is being misused or other guests are disturbed.
• Keep your belongings with you. We aren't responsible for items left at the lounge.

Changes

We may update these terms, rates or opening hours. The version on this page applies to bookings made after the date at the top.

Law and contact
